Right of withdrawal

At Homena , we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, we offer a simple and transparent 30-day return policy.

Valid for all our markets: Germany, Austria, and the United Kingdom.

30-day return policy

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Return requirements

The items must be unused, undamaged, and complete
Return in the original packaging (where possible)
There are no restocking fees

Our customer service will support you throughout the entire return process.

Return shipping costs

Defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items:

We will cover the return shipping costs in full
In many cases, no return is required
We offer a free replacement or a full refund

Return for personal reasons (e.g. changed your mind, wrong choice):

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs
Shipping costs already paid are non-refundable

How the return process works

1. Contact
Contact our customer service by email or via the contact form, providing your order number.

2. Packaging
Pack the item carefully, preferably in its original packaging.

3. Return shipping
Ship the item according to the instructions you receive after your return has been approved.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
After this period, the order will be forwarded for processing and can no longer be cancelled
To cancel, please contact our customer service immediately

Refunds

The refund will be issued once the returned goods have been received and inspected:

Processing: within up to 3 business days
Payment method: Refund via the payment method originally used
Currency: Refund in the original currency (EUR or GBP)

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the credit to appear in your account.

Country-specific information

EU countries (Germany, Austria):
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is already included in our 30-day return policy.

United Kingdom:
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 is already included in our 30-day return policy. To exercise your right of withdrawal, an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email) to us is sufficient; you may also use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (e.g. in the case of defective or faulty goods) remain unaffected.

Legal notice (right of withdrawal)

In addition to our voluntary 30-day return policy, you are of course also entitled to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the applicable legal provisions. This is already fully included in the aforementioned return policy and does not result in a shorter return period.
